i’ve just got home from a pre-rpom party if i can call it so. it was amazing night mmMMm and tomorrow is gonna be tough … long day with many tasks to be done but i’m gonna smash them :PPp
Don’t do that, do this:
- Don’t isolate, integrate.
- Don’t drink your calories, eat them.
- Don’t use the smith machine, use free weights.
- Don’t wear a weight belt, strengthen your core.
- Don’t do the same workout over and over, periodize.
(I feel that there are exceptions to some of these, but you get the general gist.)
